Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation from customer through their contact number

Self Pickup (Only for Karachi)

  • Payment will be advance through bank/easypaisa/jazzcash

  • After payment it will take time to pack/process parcel depends on work load at warehouse to make order ready. Once order ready u will be informed

  • After that You can pick or send bykea for pickup during from Warehouse location Sitara Bakery, Mehmoodabad – Warehouse timings 10 am to 6:30 pm

  • Complete address will be disclose after payment

Delivery Time

The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.

Delivery Serivce is provide by Third Party Courier Services i.e Leoaprds Courier, Postex/Call Courier, not own by us

Delivery Charges

Basic Delivery charges Rs.230 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan

If parcel exceed from 1 kg then discounted addtional delivery charges will be applied. Customer will be contacted for additional charges on order confirmation via WhatsApp (not applicable for Karachi Customers except Malir Cantt & Bahria Town)

Customers will be liable to bear the delivery charges if they refuse the delivery.

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address.
