Return or Exchange
In order to exchange or return you must be fulfilling these conditions:
The product must be unused unwashed or unworn.
If the product returned to us in bad condition, we don’t register your complaint as well as don’t refund your delivery charges.
Those items should not be used and all its original stuff and tags should not be removed. Once the item received and after checking its condition, we will issue a redeemable voucher via email for your next purchase.
An online product cannot be returned while its exchange. And still, if you ask to return a product without any specific complaint or reason delivery charges for return won’t be refunded by the Chunnu Munnu Kids’ Store.
In case of defect or damage, we offer return within 7days. Courier the order on your own expense to our company address.
It is a crucial part when you return our product it should be labeled as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any inconvenience.
