How can we place an online order?

You can visit our website then click on the “Add to Cart” option that will lead you to the “Next” option of confirmation “I Confirmed My order” but if you want to continue shopping you can select an option “continue shopping” then all your items added to cart and then you can confirm your order and complete your order and basic details to dispatch your order.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Before dispatching your order, you will be asked via call or email for confirmation if that not received your order automatically be canceled.

Those register wrong details such as address contact numbers order will be canceled.

What is your exchange and refund process?

Online kid store has 7 days of exchange policy. You have to resend the parcel through any courier labeled as “Returned item” and delivery charges will be non-refundable.

You can get our courier address on call.

Can I place an order on phone call?

Yes, you can contact us through email or our contact number.

Can I modify my order on phone call?

Yes, you can modify but within 48 hours when we contact you for confirmation, we can make changes.

Can I hold my order for 3-4 days?

Yes, whenever you want, we will deliver after receiving advance payment. After placing the order, you will get the confirmation email/call.

Is your delivery service available for all over the Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver throughout Pakistan, and might delivery charges will be different for a distant location (depend on the products and offers).
